Community updates

The Clubhouse
Construction update
Works are underway on the new double-storey clubhouse. The ground floor will include a community event space and shared facilities. The upper level will feature a dedicated residents-only lounge and deck area. We'll post progress updates here as the build progresses. Expected completion date to be confirmed.

Tourist cabins
Arriving 2026
Eight new boutique tourist cabins are being added to the park this year. These are in the tourist accommodation area and won't impact the residential community. We'll keep you informed as installation dates are confirmed.

Residences
Development update
Stage 1 homes are now available and ready to move in. Stage 2 will introduce five new homes across three different designs arriving early Q4 2026. Stages 3 and 4 are planned for early 2027. We'll continue to share updates as each stage progresses.

Brand
Launching 2026
The park is transitioning from Mollymook Tourist Park to The Mook. You'll see new signage, a new website, and updated branding rolling out over the coming months. Same community, fresh look.
