The Clubhouse

Construction update


Works are underway on the new double-storey clubhouse. The ground floor will include a community event space and shared facilities. The upper level will feature a dedicated residents-only lounge and deck area. We'll post progress updates here as the build progresses. Expected completion date to be confirmed.

Tourist cabins

Arriving 2026


Eight new boutique tourist cabins are being added to the park this year. These are in the tourist accommodation area and won't impact the residential community. We'll keep you informed as installation dates are confirmed.

Development update


Stage 1 homes are now available and ready to move in. Stage 2 will introduce five new homes across three different designs arriving early Q4 2026. Stages 3 and 4 are planned for early 2027. We'll continue to share updates as each stage progresses.

Launching 2026


The park is transitioning from Mollymook Tourist Park to The Mook. You'll see new signage, a new website, and updated branding rolling out over the coming months. Same community, fresh look.

Community rules

The following rules apply to all residents and their guests at The Mook.
These are in place to ensure everyone can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained community. The full community rules document is available for download below.

Speed limit

10 km/h throughout the park at all times. This applies to all vehicles including visitors and contractors.

Noise

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. No power tools, mowers, or loud machinery before 7am or after 6pm Monday to Saturday, or at any time on Sundays and public holidays.

Pets

Friendly common household pets are welcome, at management's discretion. Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas. Please clean up after your pet at all times.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome. We ask that extended stays (over 14 consecutive days or 60 days in a 12-month period) are notified to management. Residents are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with community rules.

Maintenance and alterations

Written permission from management is required before making any alterations or additions to your dwelling. Forms are available from the office or in the documents section below.

How to report a maintenance issue?

If something needs attention, a leak, a broken light, damage to shared facilities, or anything that affects your safety or comfort - please report it to the office as soon as possible.

Scheculed maintenance

We'll post any scheduled maintenance work here so you know what's happening and when. This includesthings like grounds keeping, tree trimming, water system maintenance, and any planned service interruptions.

Open daily. Please refer to posted pool rules. No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Available for use by all residents and guests. Please clean up after use.

Playground — open

Amenities block — closed

Currently closed for upgrades. Reopening date to be confirmed

Recreation room — closed

Temporarily unavailable during clubhouse construction.
