Getting here

From Sydney

Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours by car via the Princes Highway. An easy coastal escape from Sydney, perfect for a weekend away or longer stay.

From Canberra

Around 2.5 hours by car through the Southern Tablelands and down to the coast. A scenic drive from the nation's capital.

By Train

Travel by train to Nowra Station, then continue to Mollymook by taxi, rideshare or local coach service.

Bogey Hole 

When it comes to ocean spots, the Bogey Hole has our vote every time. If you're hanging for a surf, there's often a fun set to catch off to your right, and at high tide the naturally formed rock pool becomes a calm, protected spot for a swim.

Warden Head Lighthouse

This iconic landmark is an 8 minute drive from The Mook, a great spot for whale watching during migration season. There's a short coastal walk around Warden Head exploring local Dharawal heritage, with ocean lookouts, lighthouse views and interpretive stories along the way.

Pigeon House Mountain Track

A short but seriously steep climb from the car park to the summit of Pigeon House Mountain, with ladders, forest tracks and big Budawang views. Tough on the legs, but one of the most rewarding lookouts on the South Coast.
