Whether you're here for a long weekend or you've made this place home, the facilities are here to make every day a good one.
The Clubhouse
Works are underway on the new double-storey clubhouse.
The ground floor will be a dedicated residents-only indoor space featuring a kitchen, fireplace and lounge seating, as well as an alfresco outdoor seating area. Residents will have access to all areas of the clubhouse.
The upper level will be open to everyone and will serve as a community event space available to book for functions and gatherings.
We'll share progress updates here as the build continues.

Outdoors
Swimming pool
The pool is where everyone ends up. Sun loungers around the edge, shade when you want it, and the kind of afternoon where time just stops. Open seasonally between October to June, because even the South Coast has a winter. Available to guests and residents.
BBQ area
Gather with family and friends in our dedicated BBQ area, complete with outdoor seating in a relaxed park setting. It's the perfect place to enjoy a casual meal together. Open daily, available to all guests and residents.
Outdoor seating and alfresco area
Plenty of space to sit, eat, and watch the kids run. The alfresco area off the clubhouse is the natural gathering point for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or just a quiet spot to read.
Kids playground
A dedicated play area for the little ones. Close enough to keep an eye on from the pool or the BBQ, far enough that they feel like they've got their own territory.
Pickleball court
Open daily, on-site pickleball court bookable via reception. Whether you're already hooked or you've been meaning to try it, the court and gear are here. It's the fastest-growing sport in Australia for a reason.

Function area
Opening in Q4 2026, the clubhouse function area will be available to book for birthdays, family gatherings, community events and special occasions, a welcoming place to bring people together.
Movie screen
Coming in Q4 2026, the clubhouse movie screen will provide the perfect setting for rainy afternoons, family movie nights, or simply relaxing after a day exploring the South Coast without leaving the park.
Games room
Planned for Q4 2026, the games room will feature a pool table, table tennis and a selection of games, creating a space where family and friends can unwind and enjoy time together.
Practical
Indoor kitchen
A fully equipped shared kitchen for when the weather doesn't cooperate or when you just want to cook inside. Everything you need to put together a proper meal.
Laundry facilities
Washing machines and dryers available on-site. Because even on holiday, the laundry doesn't stop.
Free Wi-Fi
Stay connected or don't.

Pet friendly, year round
Pets are all welcome at The Mook, all year round. No seasonal restrictions, no funny looks. Just let us know when you book and we'll sort a pet-friendly cabin. Check the Shoalhaven Council guide for local off-leash areas and dog friendly beaches.
