Before you pack the car, here are the answers to the things most people ask.
Yes and we mean that. The Mook is pet friendly year round, no seasonal restrictions. Just let us know when you book so we can set you up in a pet-friendly cabin.
We ask that dogs are kept on a lead in common areas and that you clean up after them. Cabins requiring additional cleaning after a pet stay may incur a cleaning fee.

Check in from 2pm. Check out by 10am. If you’re going to arrive after hours, just give us a call before 4pm that day and we’ll leave everything you need in the secure key safe with an access code. No stress.
Mollymook Beach is about a 10–15 minute walk or a 2-minute drive. It’s patrolled during holiday seasons and is one of the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast. You can also walk to Narrawallee Beach and Inlet, which is great for families with little ones.
Peak season (school holidays and long weekends): no refunds once booked. This includes circumstances beyond anyone’s control, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
Low season: the first night’s deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival may be charged the full booking amount.
Premium cabins (Morton B, Meroo, Currowan House): the first night’s deposit is non-refundable. Within one month of arrival, no refunds for any further payments received. No refunds for early departures. All cancellations must be made in writing. We genuinely recommend travel insurance. even for a domestic trip.
Yes, every cabin has space for one car on-site. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street outside the park. The park has boom gate security for peace of mind.
Unfortunately not , the park’s electrical system isn’t designed for EV charging and it can cause safety issues. There are public EV charging stations nearby in Ulladulla and Milton.

Absolutely, visitors are welcome. We just ask that they check in at the office on arrival.
A small visitor fee applies: $10 per person per day, or $35 for a family (2 adults + 3 children). This helps us keep the park comfortable for everyone.
The pool is open seasonally — typically from the warmer months through to autumn. It closes over winter.
We’ll always note pool availability at the time of booking so there are no surprises. When it is open, the pool is unattended — children must be supervised at all times.
Yes , bikes, scooters and skateboards are all welcome. Helmets must be worn. We just ask that they stay off the pickleball court and keep an eye out for cars and other guests. The multipurpose sports field and playground are the best spots for burning off energy.
