Behind The Mook is a team with decades of experience in community building, residential development and hospitality, united by a genuine commitment to Mollymook and the people who call it home.

Michael Shapter leads our onsite construction projects, bringing extensive experience delivering high-quality manufactured homes and residential communities. Alongside him, community design consultant Kate Melrose draws on decades of leadership in the land lease community sector, helping shape places where people genuinely enjoy living.
